Sand flea was created by Boston Dynamics the same company that made big dog ,pet man, Rise and Little Dog.Sand Flea gets it's name from the Sand Flea what is the highest jumping animal in the world.

The sand flea is an 11 pound robot that drives like a remote control on flat terrain. But can jump 30ft into the air to dodge obstacles, Sand Flea can jump over a wall, onto the roof of a house up a set of stairs or into a second story window.

 

                                          other  jumping robots. the first one jumps using carbonated air but can not balance very well. The second one jumps like a frog by bending its knees. the third one jumps then glides like a bat
